☆ Loads of analysts cut their price targets on these 10 stocks ahead of earnings

Analysts have lowered their expectations on several global stocks this week by cutting their price targets. The list of stocks includes auto stocks Tesla , Rivian and Aptiv , pharmaceutical firms Biogen and Novartis , energy companies EQT Corp and TotalEnergies , airline Deutsche Lufthansa and aerospace firm Boeing , and fast food giant McDonald's . The price target changes come ahead of the next earnings season covering the first quarter of this year. CNBC Pro screened for global stocks in the MSCI World index that have received price target downgrades over the past seven days and are yet to report earnings. Tesla Wall Street analysts from 15 firms downgraded their 12-month price targets for Tesla over the past week.

☆ UBS says shares in this global airline are set to soar by 55%

Shares of London-listed airline easyJet are set to soar by 55% over the next year, according to UBS. The Swiss investment bank raised its price target to £6 ($7.34) a share after hiking its forecasts for passenger traffic and profitability at the pan-European airline. EasyJet's shares were trading at £3.87 on Tuesday afternoon, about 70% below its pre-pandemic levels. A recent decline in global oil prices and the dollar index works favorably for easyJet, analysts at UBS said. UBS forecasts the airline will reach 91% of its 2019 passenger volumes next year and return to pre-pandemic levels in 2026.

Destinat să înlocuiască aeroporturile existente – Tegel şi Schonefeld – Aeroportul Internaţional Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt (BER) trebuia să fie inaugurat festiv pe 3 iunie 2012. Economiştii au descris compania de stat care va opera noul aeroport, Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB), drept o gaură neagră financiară. La finele lui 2019, FBB datora băncilor şi proprietarilor săi, Guvernul federal german şi landurile Berlin şi Brandenburg, aproximativ 4,1 miliarde euro. Chiar şi înaintea pandemiei, noul aeroport nu era aşteptat să genereze o creştere a veniturilor, fiind destinat în principal să înlocuiască cele două aeroporturi mai vechi.
